Thanks people, I will try the .wbfs output.
Anyway, the program I used was downloaded from a yoútube video, where someone explained how to turn your SMBW iso into a Newer Super Mario Bros. Wii iso.
I saw it has problems with Windows 8, so I ran the program on my Windows XP Virtual Machine, that worked fine. The same program I used can also be used to create iso's for five other Mario Bros. packages.
For MarioKart Wii, I used a same kind of program which turned your MKW iso into a new one, packages and the program can be downloaded from the Custom Mario Kart site, be sure to use your LEGALLY OBTAINED iso to create your Mario Kart Wii Fun or Retro package. Those ISO's will run perfectly; though they can give random emulator crashes and destroy your MKW savegame. But it's worth a try for who loves MKW.
Now let's search for a program who does the same for Mario Galaxy. Will be harder, cause the Mario Galaxy 2.5 package is not out yet, only a demo.
