Anyway, I never tried TS2 with my laptop on 3.5 or the latest, so I don't know for sure if hardware like yours will still be able to play TS2. I know for a fact it can on 3.0, but like LordVador said, that version is no longer supported. The latest revisions will probably solve the "shifting objects" issue, but in the latest revisions you need to get fullspeed in order to get decent audio (using OpenAL helps if you increase the Latency) but you'll still have to contend with possible slowdowns. The older revisions will most likely run fullspeed, but you might encounter a number of bugs or glitches that have since been fixed. Future Perfect, unfortunately, is not a light game like TS2 is. You'll have speed issues. If you play this game at the lowest graphics settings (1x IR, no AA) and you still get slowdowns, the issue is with your CPU not being fast enough. Aside from using older, unsupported revisions, you don't have many options. I'm not even sure you can overclock a AMD Phenom II X3 Mobile Processor N830, and overclocking isn't recommended for laptops in general.

Dolphin can be a beast among emulators. Like LordVador said, your hardware isn't particularly suited for Dolphin, even on "light" games. You might have to wait until your next hardware upgrade, whenever that may be.
