I don't see the option to run the full Wii bios, is this possible? I want to use my Mii's.

In the menu, there is Tools > Load Wii System Menu. You'll need a dump of your Wii's NAND.

If you need only the Mii Channel, you can extract it from a ISO dump that contains an update partition or get it from NUS Downloader...

You can actually just get a whole Wii Menu from NUSd, plus most of the built-in channels. It's a 90%-of-the-way-there replacement for a proper NAND dump.
