Big scam or big joke? (Wii U emulator)

So I found this site when looking for info on Wii U with PC screen + speakers, at first it looked like it would give you some malware saying it had a Wii U emu you could download, but when looking around I just found a ton of different sites linking to each others and never actual downloads... they just go in circles, also they sometimes mentions hacks for Wii and trying to tell you they are for Wii U. So I am thinking either someone has a lot of time setting up professional jokes, or they are up to something with all these sites.

The only Wii U emu currently in development is an extension to the current Dolphin codebase (aka Dolphin Pro).

Yeah right, unless they managed to steal dolphin pro's code, it's definitely fake.

Seems really far fetched sinced the Wii U currently released not too long ago and even if they cracked the code I believed that emulation would require a strong computer in the Sandy Bridge series minimum to get decent fps with a decent graphics card Nvidia 550 Ti

I'm just laughing at the ridiculous web of sites filled with photos and text... so much effort into tricking people but for no reason? If anyone find some point to the site, let me know.
