if it is 2 weeks after the release of 3286 it was supposed to be released Monday.

Ya, its either bi-wekly or tri-weekly, usually the latter.

build was broken earlier this week (monday), furthermore the team posting builds like this requires numerous people to be around at the same time to do it; hence the rather lax timeframe between "bi-weekly" builds - it is really "bi-weekly, if all the pieces fall into place".

In any case, what the hell is the use complaining over such a thing. Go do something useful.
