Beta Verison better over the devlopement version?

Hi all,
um i was wondering the following:

Is the Beta version of dolphin emu way better in terms of stability and games playble overall than the development versions?

While the development version is less stable, but has more features/newest features and is updated daily than the beta,

but the beta version everything works without needing any tweaks of hacks or speical/specific game settings?

Sometimes the beta version is a tiny bit more stable and sometimes the development versions get a new feature a few weeks earlier than the beta versions, but the difference really isn't very big. Either of them is fine to use in most cases.
