If you throw enough variables at it, anything procedurally generated can look uniquely crafted. I'm pretty sure people 10 or 20 years from now will think our current procedurally generated games are about as creative as random dungeon levels from old-school RPGs compared to what their next gen stuff looks like. Give it enough time, and it could work for LoZ.
Personally, I only put in about 50-60 hours (is there any way to check?). BotW is awesome, but I spent way more time killing robots in Horizon Zero Dawn last year (200+ hours).
