I'm trying to play Super Mario Galaxy 1 and I can't a good keyboard/mouse layout for the controls of a Wiimote? I am good with the buttons part, I just need help with the motion controls part.

Additional question: How do I get past the "Connect Nunchuck to Player 1's Wiimote" screen on startup

Additional question answer:

Set up the Wiimote attachment to say Nunchuck, also do not forget to configure that one as well (it has extra buttons and extra axis to configure)
Check my profile for up to date specs.

So I have to use a Wiimote no matter what for this game, no keyboard or mouse thing to replace it?

No, you can use a mouse and keyboard. Just set the emulated Wii Remote's extension to Nunchuk.

My config for Super Mario Galaxy 2 is:
WASD is the nunchuck joystick
TFGH for surf levels, use in the "Tilt" panel (You won't need the joystick here)
IJKL for ball levels, use in the "Swing" panel (You won't need the joystick here either)
Left click as A
Right click as B
Q as "C button"
E as "Z button"
Spacebar as shake in X Y and Z
Left Shift as Upright Toggle on/off (You will need it for ball levels)
Try this layout, i completed SMG2 with this.
