Best way to play Madworld with Mouse and Keyboard or Xbox One Gamepad

hello! as most people know, Madworld uses motion controls on the original Wii, which makes playing it on an emulator quite not very easy (at least to configure the inputs). does anyone have a recommended setup for Mouse and Keyboard or Xinput? it would be greatly appreciated

This is late but here's a keyboard and mouse control scheme that works for me for pretty much every motion spinning, swinging horizontally ,and vertically. it's not perfect but you can beat the game with it.
