The easiest, as all settings are also transfered. Only sometimes you could encounter a glitch if something was changed regarding settings, in that case go for the wii and GC folders within the user folder only.

Yeah I transfered my User setting from my last revision to this one and I encountered a bunch of game issues. So that just GC and Wii folder is good advice.

I use to copy the GC, Wii and Savestates folders.
OS: Windows 10 Pro 64bit Creators Update
CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 960 @ 3.6 GHz Graphics Card: Nvidia GeForce GTX 960 2GB GDDR5 Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-870A-USB3 AM3+ Revision RAM: HyperX 8GB Dual Channel @ 1600Mhz 08-17-2009, 08:12 AM
Export your saves with the memcard manager(it's an awesome feature big kudos to anybody who has written it <3)
F S M I believe.
when i use new revs, i just copy the new one over the old. just make sure the statesave and memcard folders are empty so u dont accidentally copy over your old files.
