The easiest, as all settings are also transfered. Only sometimes you could encounter a glitch if something was changed regarding settings, in that case go for the wii and GC folders within the user folder only.
Specs: intel i5 3570k @ 3.4GHz;
16Gb RAM; Raedon HD 7900;

Yeah I transfered my User setting from my last revision to this one and I encountered a bunch of game issues. So that just GC and Wii folder is good advice.

I use to copy the GC, Wii and Savestates folders.
OS: Windows 10 Pro 64bit Creators Update
CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 960 @ 3.6 GHz
Graphics Card: Nvidia GeForce GTX 960 2GB GDDR5
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-870A-USB3 AM3+ Revision

when i use new revs, i just copy the new one over the old. just make sure the statesave and memcard folders are empty so u dont accidentally copy over your old files.
