Open task manager and on the 'Processes' tab, select 'Show processes from all users' near the bottom on the left. Accept the UAC prompt. This will run task manager with your administrator privileges. However it will still reset the affinity whenever you restart your system so to get around that: http://edgemeal.110mb.com/SetAffinity/index.htm

Ok i set all that up but when I am playing the replays I'm only getting 15ps, and when recording only 5ps =/

Anything else I can do or why I'm still getting such low fps?

What's your processor speed and what resolution are you trying to recording at? Dolphin and FRAPS are very CPU-dependent.

Im trying to record half-size on fraps. My screen resolution is 1280 x 1024

Yeh, you need at least 3.0 GHz to use both Dolphin and FRAPS simultaneously w/o significant drop in FPS. You could overclock your processor speed to improve performance, but by doing so, you will shorten the lifespan of your CPU.

Only if you raise the voltage and/or temperature. As long as you have sufficient aftermarket cooling and you don't raise the voltage, only the clock rate, your lifespan will remain the same as at stock.

@Narkshark

Get a good aftermarket air cooler and OC. You should be able to reach 3.2GHz easily.

Um.. I use camstudio, it records the video like no fps drops, but the quality may not look so good. To let you know what I mean, here's a video of brawl which I recorded with camstudio.[url=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RqNzMRrl0Do]here[url/]
