Best video cores for accuracy, stability, and performance?

I've been sticking to Vulkan in most of my playing sessions lately. It's fast and stable overall in my experience. I'll switch to Direct X11 when issues pop up, like a thick black bar on Resident Evil 4 Wii Edition. I've stopped using DirectX 12 because it doesn't support 3D, which I use a lot.
