Hey everyone. I have a new PC being delivered on Monday with Windows 8 64 bit, and I was wondering what the best choice for a Bluetooth adapter would be? I want to be able to use Toshiba stack..so what do you guys recommend? Thanks!

There's a Toshiba Stack adapter in the recommended accessories page. It's the same one I use and it's been tested and confirmed to work. Can't get better than that

This one will do the job too. Hama BT adapters have an excellent compatibility with Toshiba stack. And they're pretty cheap

I'll take a look... Right now I'm using an Atheros AR5B22 combo card in my laptop and it does the job pretty well (I even managed to use 4 Wiimotes while transferring a file from my smartphone), however I got a new -TR model (and plan to get more soon). The Atheros card works fine with Toshiba Stack (although the 30 days limitation), but I really miss some features from the Atheros Stack (like being able to use MS stack together or the phone management tools), so, I'm planning to buy a separate adapter to handle the -TR wiimotes while I keep the Atheros stack for the other uses, just want to be sure these ones have enough bandwidth...

Quote:@MaJoR: do you know if this Azio adapter have enough bandwidth and can handle 4 wiimotes? I only have two wiimotes, so I can't really answer that. But it handles two perfectly. It should be able to handle four. ![]() AMD Threadripper Pro 5975WX PBO+200 | Asrock WRX80 Creator | NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 FE | 64GB DDR4-3600 Octo-Channel | Windows 11 22H2 | (details)

Could you please give the correct link, or simply link or name the adapter you're using? I ended up buying the Kinivo BTD-300 because it was said to work with the default drivers and stack under Windows 8. Yet Dolphin does not accept the (official) Wii Motion Plus with this adapter and simply crashes when refreshing the list, or will just say that the Wii remote 1 is disconnected when starting a game. I followed the Toshiba Stack guide, but it does not appear to work at all with this particular adapter. Thanks. Edit: Would it happen to be this? http://www.amazon.com/Azio-BTD-V201-Micro-Bluetooth-Adapter/dp/B003765X38/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1383447633&sr=8-2&keywords=Azio+bluetooth 11-03-2013, 04:53 PM
