best specs to run dolphin at 4k

i am planning to upgrade to a new pc soon and before i do i would just like to verify the specs i need to play both wii and gamecube games at 4k 60 fps with absolutely zero issues such as stutters and hiccups

so i was wondering if an intel core i7-9700k with an rtx 2060 will do the trick
