im back to the standard settings, after trying different combinations.

tried to add some pictures, but maybe im just too stupid

General:

Aspect Radio: Auto

anti aliasing: none
antisotropic filtering: 1x
scaled efb copy, checked
everything else, unchecked!

hacks:
ignore format changes, checked
efb copies: Texture
External Frame Buffer: disable
other:
fast mipmaps, checked
disable per-pixle depth checked
everything else, unchecked!

Advanced:
Everything unchecked!

in-game speed:
Start screen and intro:
FPS: 29-30, VPS: 49-50, Speed: 98-100%

When avril walks out the door:
FPS: ~15-16, VPS:25, speed: 48-50%

ah, and when i get to actually control link, the game freezes completely.

I guess you CPU is just a little bit slow for some parts of the game.
You should get full speed most of the time but in cutscenes, some fights and in specific demanding parts you'll get speed drops

hm i have another laptop with an i7. will try this one later
maybe its working on this computer.

YEAH! its working on this computer!
speed is 98-100% and 29-30 FPS
