specs
4.0 - 4575
intel 4770K @ 4.0ghz
EVGA 780 Ti
8gb DDR3 2400
samsung 840 EVO SSD
windows 8.1 x64

settings
open GL
v-sync off
AA none
AF x1
DSP HLE
JIT recomplier

game runs smooth most of the time but every now and then the emulator has a hiccup the FPS drops and the game studders.

since i already have the AA and AF as low as it can go i was hoping somebody here can suggest a few tweaks so i can play the game without slow downs.

Probably shader cache stuff; you'll have to just deal with it; it'll happen less and less as you play the game and the shaders are cached.

Try Ishiiruka Dolphin:
https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-un...om-version

It has the Predictive FIFO + Full Async Shader and does wonders. Give it a try.
CPU: Intel 3570k with Corsair H60 watercooler @4.1ghz
GPU: Nvidia Asus GTX780 @1140/6600
PSU: Corsair 750W
RAM: Corsair 8gig DDR3-1600
MOBO: Asrock Z68m ITX
HDD: 500gb SSD EVO
CASE: Lian-Li PC-Q08 mini-ITX case
OS: Windows 7 x64

I use a fully configured emulator frontend (Maximus Arcade) to play every console & arcade game instantly

Ishiiruka had the same lag, until i turned on FIFO and async. now it runs perfectly even with AF 16x and AA 8x quality level 32. thank you for being helpful.

now i want to make it look the best it can. should internal resolution be window size or 6x ?

You should be able to get away with 4-6x. I don't really think there's much of a quality difference between the two resolutions though.
