Best settings for RE1 Remake

Hello all,

I was wondering what was the best settings for visual and audio for RE1 Remake. I'm using the latest revision and I get missing sounds and music. Graphics seem fine but only a few effects are missing (Shadows on characters, and shadow mapping of the enviromental lighting). Speed is fine as well I get a constant 30 fps. Is there a special option I have to tick to get better graphics and sound? I've tested a whole bunch of option already but no luck. Specs are in my signature.
