If you remember me, I'm the guy who posted up this thread about my MacBook Pro's overheating and performance problems. It seems rather clear to me (and to everyone who posted in that thread) that my computer was CPU was overheating and being throttled. The Apple Store, however, claims that my computer is "well within the range of dangerous temperature values" and refuses to fix the problem .
I'm gonna have to wait for a while before I try to deal with them again (they kept my computer hostage for 5 days and I can't afford to do my work without it for that long again). In the meantime, what settings on Dolphin will help it run as cool as possible, or should I just give up on doing anything processor-intensive for a while?
P.S. sorry if this is in the wrong section, the question didn't really relate to hardware as much as to settings, although the question was needed because of hardware problems. I didn't post in that original thread because it was getting kinda old and this in a new question.
