I know Intel graphics cards suck, but this Laptop is all I have and cant afford another one right now. It's an i5-2450M 2.5 ghz with 4 gigs of ram and an Intel HD 3000 video card. The game I'm trying to play is Pokemon Colosseum. I've tried changing the framerate to 60, 50, 30, auto, and off. I even changed Anisotropic and the anti-aliasing settings to the minimum. The game still borderline unplayable and laggy, and the music lags too. Are there any configurations I'm forgetting to change? Because even an Intel graphics card should be good enough for Pokemon.

Actually, it´s the CPU (mobile CPUs also suck) what is killing you.
Rig 1: Windows 10 Home | AMD A6-1450 @ 600/1000/1400 MHz | AMD Radeon HD Graphics 8250 | 4GB RAM | HP Pavilion TouchSmart 11.
Rig 2: Windows 10 Pro | Intel Core i7-2640M @ 780/2800/3500 MHz | Intel HD 3000 Mobile | 8GB RAM | Dell Latitude 6320.

Did you follow the Unofficial laptop guide thread? (too lazy to search and find the link myself)
