Best Setting for Twilight Princess (GC) with my PC's Specs?

I'm a newb about both Dolphin and and PC stuff in general but I was wondering what the best settings are to run twilight princess. Ive been working on it all day and have looked at numerous threads and videos and have finally got it running at 20-24fps which is annoying but not unbearable. However when i get on epona or enter ordon village the framerate drops to about 10-15 fps and the game becomes virtually unplayable. Also no matter what settings i use the music is either crackly or laggy though that could just be a result of the game running so slowly.
Anywho here are my specs (hopefully listed correctly):

Machine name: HP-LAPTOP
Operating System: Windows 10 Home 64-bit (10.0, Build 10586) (10586.th2_release_sec.160527-1834)
System Model: HP 2000 Notebook PC
Processor: AMD E-300 APU with Radeon™ HD Graphics (2 CPUs), ~1.3GHz
Memory: 4.00GB RAM
DirectX Version: 11.1
Graphics Card name: AMD Radeon HD 6310 Graphics
Manufacturer: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc.
Chip type: AMD Radeon Graphics Processor (0x9802)
Display Memory: 2037 MB

Thank you.

You're not playing anything in Dolphin at those specs.

That is about as low as modern hardware gets, seriously.

Your CPU and GPU is far too weak.

Anything? Every other game i have played has worked just fine for me on the default settings (Beyond good and evil, RE:2, Animal crossing, etc.) This is the first game i've ever had an issue with so i wouldn't quite say "Anything". I have used dolphin before i just dont know how to configure settings for this particular game since its the only one that has not run correctly for me on the default settings

Zelda TP is not a light-weight game that can run on your netbook
To run it at full speed , you must have at least 2.0GHz Haswell or equivalent CPU . Most games will require 3GHz+ Haswell though

Nvm, i tried it on my other laptop and got it to work. Not much difference in specs but it runs more smoothly with the correct framerate now for some reason. Thanks for the help Smile
