Core i series 2.5Ghz+ for GC games
Core i series 3.0GHz+ for Wii games
Some gamecube games like F-zero even need i3/i5/i7 3.5Ghz+ and some gamecube games are not playable on any pc (include the strongest pc atm)
i3/i5/i7 2.5Ghz+ should run most GC games fine , not all
