Best GPU for Dolphin for around $100 and works in a 300W PSU build?

FYI,

PS4 uses an R7 265
XB1 uses an "R7 255" (upgraded version of the R7 250X with performance levels closer to the R7 260 non-X)

Both GPUs are integrated and based on AMD's GCN 1.0 architecture.

I don't have any good cameras unfortunately (borrowed my sister's phone for taking that pic of the PSU earlier)

They're not coming in the mail until the 6-7th because of New Years inventory stuff, so no real point in updating just yet.
