TotA 3D actually amazingly adds... nothing. It's a straight up port, no frills, no enhancements, nothing extra except the okay-ish 3D effect they added. If you have the game with PCSX2, you probably wouldn't want to play it on the 3DS unless you, like me, think it's just plain cool to play one of your favorite PS2 games on a portable device.
Even though it's exactly the same, I was glad to buy it again in a different format. The 3DS allows me to play it anywhere in my house, so I'm not just stuck in front of the TV or my computer. It's great to just lie back on my sofa, sipping soda and playing this game.
