Best Emulator version for my PC and games?

guys i will write my pc spec and the games so please guide me which is the best Version and plug ins i can use to play in max graphics my point to use the emulator to play Wii games in Best graphics better than current one..


PC :

CPU : Quad core 2.5

RAM : 8GB

VGA: 4870X2

monitor : 1920X1200


Games :
-Zelda Twilight Princess Gamecube

-fatal frame 4

-mario galaxy 1

go there,

press CTRL + F
type the game u like to play on that moment.
enter to search, check if its the GC or WII version you need ( theres 2 lists)
once u found u're game click on thread
there should be explained what the problems are/how to fix it,
