Best Dolphin Version for Metroid Prime 2 Echoes?

After managing to play the first game perfectly I tried to get Echoes to run, however its hardly as stable and has far more glitches, I read on the Wiki article that its started getting more unstable several revisions after 2.0, is there any definitive 'best' version for this game someone can link me?

I'm running 3.5 at the moment and Echoes has the following issues

-Black bar (Older revisions are the supposed fix which is why i'm asking the optimal revision)
-Dot at center of HUD (I don't really care about this one but kudos if you find a fix without any FPS sacrifices)
-Occasional crashes - this is my biggest complaint, changing minor settings can be the difference between crashing on startup, crashing on menu, crashing when opening doors to crashing veeeeeery, occasionally - a fix would be very appreciated
-Lag when using scan visor - Most likely due to the green shading for scanable objects, currently brings down my FPS to 30 from 60.
-Semi severe aliasing on scanable objects, I'm not sure if this is a bug or an effect of playing on a much smaller non TV screen.

Any non crash inducing FPS boosts would also be nice, thanks in advance.

Try the latest git version of Dolphin. OR you could try to use older Dolphin revisions, like the official Dolphin 3.0 release. (not supported)

I feel like a total noob but... git version?! I see none of this wizardry on the site.

Is there a way for the emulator to just not bother trying to emulate the green fill effect? Or would it involve not rendering other graphical effects?
