I'm going to answer this pretty simply for you. You're not having "audio" stuttering. I'm tired of people misconstruing it, that is not your problem. The problem is that the game is slowing down, and the audio, CORRECTLY, is slowing down to match the game speed. That results in it running out of buffer or something and stuttering.
Basically, newer builds are more accurate, emulate more, and tend to be a bit slower until optimizations hit down the line.
