What are best dev boards you can get for under £100 that'll run Dolphin?
I was looking at the bubblegum96 here http://www.96boards.org/product/bubblegum-96/

There was a news today about a few random dev boards and their performance: https://www.phoronix.com/scan.php?page=article&item=march-2017-arm&num=2
The X1 is close to fullspeed in a few games, many are just too slow.

So if you want to hack on dolphin and if you don't care about performance, pick the dragonboard 410c. It supports upstream linux + upstream mesa.

If you want to get a few games fullspeed, there is no such a board.

dragonboard 410c isn't that ancient s400 / adreno 306? even my nexus 7 2013 seems like it has better specs with the s600 / adreno 320 also used in amazon fire tv box, barely runs mario sunshine at 15fps on the old dolphin builds that still supported it.

There is no dev board at such a price which is fast and run dolphin without issues. I'd suggest Jetson X2 if it should be fast, or db410c if it should be cheap.
