Best current device for dolphin?

What currently is the best android device for dolphin? I'm ready to upgrade my phone but would like to be able to emulate games as smoothly as possible. Is it the galaxy s10?

It's too early to tell but, the S10 for now looks like the best option. I would wait for gameplay vids and personal accounts from dolphin users with S10s before buying it.

The newest Snapdragon is your best bet, but be warned that even then you may not get full fps on all games. Do not spend the money on a phone just to play dolphin, buy a phone for what you want and if dolphin runs well then thats just a plus.

And if you plan to get a Samsung phone, prefer the Snapdragon variant, as the Mali GPU used on the Exynos variant still have worse GPU drivers than the Adreno GPU found in the Snapdragon variant...
