They're all still within the same margin of error. I go for what will last in the long run and what is reliable. Not that the others aren't, but that has worked for me since day one. Heck, this is the same pasted I used in all the, well what is now previous generation consoles and current gen consoles, even a gamecube and an N64. Either way the charts are there and more google searches will show more or less the same results. The paste is up to him but they all do vary slightly in what they're meant for.

I got the Thermaltake Frio OCK and it's working perfectly along with an EVGA thermal paste I bought, while using Dolphin I haven't seen my temperature go higher than 41C with a clock speed of 3.8GHz, so I'm quite happy with what I bought
The right man in the wrong place can make all the difference in the world.
