Best configuration Dolphin 3.0 Macbook Pro

I'm using à MBP 15" i5.

I really don't know how to setup Dolphin for best performances and stability..
I checked on google,youtube but everything is different.

I prefer having a macbook user's feedback :O
I get lot of troubles with my controller (check in Controllers forum).

I wanna play Smash Bros; Luigi's mansion and Xenoblade 720p !
