Best configs for WiiWare games?

Hey guys. I have a really bad processor (2x 1.86GHz, well, that's supposed to be the case, actually only 2x 1.4GHz are working [underclocked since I bought it]), but the rest of my computer is fine (GeForce 9500GT & 2GB RAM), so I bet I can somehow play AT LEAST WiiWare games fine...
But both Sonic the Hedgehog 1 and Megaman 10 run at about 75-85% on my computer.

Since there's no thread about the Sonic the Hedgehog 1 port for WiiWare, and since I guess I'm missing something overall, is there anything I can do to run such games properly?

There is really no specific settings that are unique to Wiiware games, you'll just have to experiment. There is no one-size-fits-all settings for any set of games. Many games have some options in common, but all sorts of games run differently.

I've found a number of WiiWare titles require XFB.

A tell-tale symptom of such are games that flicker between a proper or half of a proper image, and a rather scrambled version there-of.
