The OCed Pentium should have identical performance as i5 4670k @ 4.0GHz since Dolphin is a dual core application . i5 4670k is not good at overclocking btw

For that PC you recommended, do you know what the average frame rates for games are, because I'm also going to get my PC for games and video recording/editing, not just emulation.
