Benefits of storage speed question

So my main Windows is 32bit but because of the speed benefits of 64 bit builds I installed one on my old IDE HDD which is very slow. Because my 7200RPM HDD is almost full I can't install the 64 bit there. So I wanna ask if I will gain any speed (fps) if I run it on my newer HDD
