turpinator ironically even with all that info you did not give me the one piece of info I needed, what cpu model?

I thought I made this clear but I'll repost it just in case. IF YOU WANT TO VOLUNTEER POST YOUR CPU MODEL AND GAMES.

Quote:No one is going to want to be bothered with someone who can't keep calm and can't tell the difference between his real life and a gamecube emulator test he's trying to get started online. There is no reason to get "snippy" here because of your failures there. Control yourself.

I am well aware. I was just kind of shocked that he reposted after only 20 minutes, but apparently I misinterpreted his original post so it's all good. Bad thing about text is it is more open to interpretation than spoken word.

I actually don't think I was snippy to begin with, but if I was I apologize. I certainly didn't mean it that way.

Sorry couldn't wait Wink
So.. 1 screen is my setup. I used 640x480 to maintain with other people but 1600x1200 fullscreen gave me same speed. I couldn't use fullscreen on other rez. than my native 1600x1200 because I got black screen. I think I'll report that. Stretching didn't had any impact on performance but if you have widescreen, double-check it.

Other options are: 64bit version, EFB copy > to texture, EFB scaled copy > ON, DualCore mode > ON, Idle Skipping > OFF, both framelimit AND audio throttle > OFF, used DSound, RE0 hack > OFF, used JIT compiler, Lock threads to cores > OFF.

First scene is from cutscene in beginning JUST when ship start to appear(top right corner). That was lowest FPS I got. Second is right after you get into controls - WITHOUT MOVING/LOOKING in any direction, just as game place you.

Am really curious about Phenom II and i5-i7, especially on same clock as my if possible. Quads will most likely give same results in D3D as duals.

EDIT: I forgot, game is PAL.

elite your results are unusable for various reasons, please wait until we begin. In three days the voting will begin, I will leave the voting open for three days then on Saturday, one week from today, we will begin. Even after we begin people may feel free to sign up during benchmarking, remember, we can use all the hands we can get. And please no one else post any results until you have received instructions to do so from me.

The benchmarking program we are using is Dolphin. We are going to run games and see what results we get on different computers.

I forgot to mention my games list:

Blazing Angels: Squadron of WWII
Brunswick Pro Bowling (unusable - freezes after intros)
Mario Kart Wii
New Super Mario Bros
Sonic Riders ZG
Sonic Unleashed
Super Mario Galaxy
Super Paper Mario
Super Smash Bros Brawl
Wii Play
Wii Sports
Wii Sports Resort

I can test on both Win7 and XP, but i cant use real wimote on Win7. Also i use Win7 for everyday use, while xp is dedicated to dolphin so its not bloated that much.
