Dolphin has it's own IRC already, why did you create your own?

someone yelled at me for talking in it once, so i was like FUCK THAT Tongue send me the info again and ill give it one more chance :S actually ill find it on the main page

Well, we don't like people in the IRC that whine, bitch, spam, or anything that craps up the channel.

Nosound: More shaders for a cookie.

no i said "wow this chat is pretty quiet" and i got like bitchslapped across the face in text by like 3 people

People in IRC are slow, since people can actively chat in the channel, the IRC is programmed to not notify you of every reply in the channel, only you get notified when someone says your nickname. If you want to talk to someone in IRC, you just say their nick, I usually just poke em with the /me pokes *username* reply, /me is replaced with your nick. When someone asks why everyone is quiet, immediately you know they never been in an IRC channel before, because a lot of channels are quiet and at times, they are active, because people tend to just idle there and ignore the channel until they are bored and want to post things into the channel, etc.

so your saying you dont openly chat in a channel? i know people idle in chats but idk, i think ill end up using the chat as a hangout + dolphin help for noobs since that isnt what its used for for that chat

You can openly chat, but don't start ranting about things or asking if anyone is there, usually if no one responds to your replies, its best to not keep continuing babbling. Dolphin IRC is to talk about dolphin and possibly things in programming and general tech, its not mainly for total chat, it really depends on the people and the channel.

yeah i came in, i don think its my style of chat, rather technical... if i ever get into programing and helping dolphin ill go in there, i understand about 0% of what you guys are saying, ill probably keep the chat i set up and use it as a general chat + noob help if any show up.

Dear "insert Noob here" sorry to tell you, but your intellect is on a level that is not even comprehendible. Perhaps learning to read and maybe write, that always helps in life. Nonetheless your Idiotic "Post For help" could have been fixed on your own time in a matter of seconds if you had took the time to read the stickies as suggested. Not to mention in your single buffoonish post you mentioned that you downloaded your games. Seriously, Why did you take it upon yourself to include that in your post when it had nothing to do with your occurring problem? This forum has a Non-tollerant rule that states: there is to be absolutely zero talk about piracy. Whether you chose to FROLIC AROUND like a pirate it outside of forum premises is solely up to you, but to speak of such Idiotic crimes inside forum grounds it is strictly prohibited! Your account has been terminated for Apparent/obvious reasons and if we see any user name EVEN close to your previous chosen alias, you will be banned yet again, traditionally!

Its known MAMEDev actively is involved with ROM dumps and redist.
Dolphin devs are the same.........................

Plus loads of people download them....so I think its a bit rich of people to say no ROM downloads or requests when they actively do it themselves.

So yeh, I also gave them a chance to choke on that. Maybe some SVN compiler can use that information in that PDF, to make a PJ64 beta/alpha crack.
Plus, it gives ChaosCode some ammunition:

A open insult and a violation of the DMCA.

Lol, I loved masterkey.bin support in previous revisions, it's like dumping BIOS from PS2 for PCSX2, but with less chance you can download it xD

the devs/admins saying not to download isos/roms is not saying they dont do it themselves (not saying they do) but avioiding potential lawsuits
