So you have the same problem? I have only played the first level and the fps problem occurs when you enter the cellar but I have seen videos of this game running smoothly on dolphin and all my gamecube games run at 100% and perfect fps on my laptop, so I am not sure it is a problem with the game engine.

If I disable dual core I get this:

Then I believe the problem is that your GPU is way too slow for the game, and you're running into a GPU desync.

Could anyone else with a stronger GPU tell me if you have experienced low fps in this game? Cause this is the only game that has low fps for me, all my other gamecube and wii games work at constant fps and 100%.

I had a similar issue with the game. The game ran at full speed but i would get random numbers not sure which one but I'll recheck it.

Yeh, it looks like this game auto-frameskips. I get 8fps if the texture accuracy is on safe and 60fps if it is on fast whilst maintain 60vps through-out. This is unlike other games which drop the vps when the fps drops.

Okay, it looks like it's probably Dolphin's GPU emulation, rather than any kind of computer problem. Sorry for the misdiagnosis.

So you can get 60fps fluid gameplay in this game? Could you share your settings please?

You can't at some portions it will drop since it seems to have a variable framerate.
