Balance Board Available for Interested Developer

Hello. I've just been introduced to Dolphin as of yesterday, and it has rejuvenated my Wii, or at the very least, my Wiimotes. Anyhow, I have a balance board I'd like to donate to any developer willing to take on the task of adding BB support to Dolphin. Where/whom should I send it to?
