In the Nvidia CP, after you set it to high performance, leave the others at their default, so that dolphin can set them how it needs to.
For Dolphin's drop-down box, just leave it at the first setting, since it doesn't really work at all.
To use D3D11, just keep that first box at D3D, nothing else is needed.
Also, you may want to put your full-screen rendering at auto, and aspect ratio at 16:9, and then change the resolution under the Enhancements tab

Hello,

all other options in the NVIDIA Control Panel are default. So if i you direct3d9 there are big performance problems.

If i try with direct3d11 i can not start the game because of the error. So it is unplayable for me. Very strange. Other ideas?

As Admin89 said before force the Nvidia gpu in the control panel and pick intel hd gpu in dolphin config menu. I'm out of ideas because you should not get that poor of performance with that cpu or gpu. Does anyone else have any ideas or thoughts about this problem?
i3-4000m Intel Hd 4600

I bet I'm the only person you know who'll play Dolphin at 1X resolution.

I have tested this but this is no option. If i force my nvidia control panel to use the nvidia geforce with dolphin.exe there is no possibility to choose the intel graphics in dolphin.

so my performance is bad. Is my notebook to poor for this?

I have the same CPU with a GTX 770M, and I get fullspeed. You definitely have something wrong going on.
