I am running a mid 2010 13" macbook pro with the following:
2.4GHz Core 2 Duo
8GB 1067MHz DDR3
NVIDIA GeForce 320M 256MB Vram
2x Intel 320 SSD drives
I have tried Mario Kart for wii which ran terrible and slow, but I can understand that. However I have just tried Rogue Squadron Rebel Alliance 2 and that is incredibly choppy.
I am running the lowest settings:
640x480
Auto Window size
No AA
AF 1x
Post processing effect: off
Scaled EFB Copy enabled
EFB Copies: Texture
Accuracy: fast
External Frame Buffer: disable
Other: Fast Mipmaps: Enabled, Disable Per-pixel depth: enabled, OpenCL Texture decoder: enabled
It seems this is not normal. Is it just these games or is it just that my mbp is too antiquated for these games. It seems like I saw a you tube vid of some guy with the stock 13" mid 2010 MBP running a Wii game at almost full speed and a gamecube game at full speed.
Any help would be much appreciated!
