Bad graphics?

I'm trying to play Okami and the graphics turn out like this:


The game runs fine and at full speed but the graphics are off.

Specs---
Operating System: Windows 8
Processor/CPU: Intel® Core™ i7-4700HQ CPU @ 2.40GHZ 2.4GHZ
Video Card/GPU: Nividia Geforce GT750M
Memory/RAM: 16GB
Dolphin Revision Currently Using: 4.0

I can't say I know much about Dolphin's compatibility with Okami, but I do know that you should definitely try the latest dev build and see if that fixes it; 4.0 is OLD.
