Bad FPS problems, capable computer

Sorry it took me a while to reply I was out of town for a couple days and did not get to try until now. It seems that the only way to eliminate the audio problem for me is to have both audio throttle and frame limit off. If I use one or the other it still does it, which is strange because I mess with it all the time and never had that problem before.
