To put it blatantly, the sound plugin HLE doesn't play the background music and i know there are thousands of other threads about this but this is what happens when you close a thread without explaining thoroughly. My issue is that i came from this Post: https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-howto-getting-dsp-dumps-required-for-dsp-lle
And downloaded the attached file after following the instructions. Seriously guys? Ucode? How on earth am i meant to know what any of that means if i can't figure out why i don't have sound in a game? *sigh* Anyway, can someone explain to me how to use it and why it doesn't let me open it with anything and why i have to do something very complex and specific in order to fix my music when it could just be an online download of the file which i can extract into the dolphin data folder and done.

Btw here is a screen shot of what happens when i TRY to open it: http://prntscr.com/3zwb5j

Use the latest development version. Why you're using a x86 version of Windows is beyond me, especially since you can only use 4GB of RAM.
I have no idea what the last version for x86 was, since support for that platform was dropped.

Oh right those specs, honestly the only reason i said x86 is because any time that i look into my program files it says "Program files (x86)"
Excuse me if that's not the right thing at all, and of course, excuse the people who made the extremely complicated registration for the forums and also me not knowing anything to do with where to find my system specs. Fricking windows 8.1.
Does the matter still stand because even then i don't know how to "use the latest development version".

Press Download on the top of the site and do exactly that.

Then do this

Pressed the download, downloaded the emulator, extracted to desktop, ran Super Mario Galaxy, tried to configure the a button to the spacebar, didn't work, tried using right click command and selecting space by default, whole fucking emulator crashed.

You're right, mapping space really isn't possible. Is there a problem with using another button instead?
