Thanks to Shonumi for assistance thus far, it turns out I am able to replicate this issue using the latest build of Dolphin (5.0-11069 at this time). I have tried launching from launchbox without -b, launching from .bat without /b to no avail. Usually I try to automate this process (I play my resident evil games every October) but I can't even get it working if I manually open Dolphin and click play with either Disc 1 or Disc 2 set to default.

In order for automatic disc swapping to work, you need to launch the game in one of three ways:

1. Have both games in the game list, and launch one of them. (The other one doesn't need to be selected, it just needs to be present in the game list.)
2. Select both games at once using File > Open, or provide the paths to both games using -e on the command line. (If you do the latter, I believe you have to do it like -e disc1.iso -e disc2.iso, but I don't remember exactly.)
3. Select an .m3u file using File > Open, or provide the path to an .m3u file using -e on the command line.

And the "Change Discs Automatically" setting has to be enabled as well.

Thanks so much, silly that I never thought of it! And nice to know .m3u is now compatible!

Hi, I'm trying to get this to work via command line as a troubleshooting measure, because I use Rocketlauncher. I've tried:

Dolphin.exe  -b -e "R:\Arcade\Nintendo GameCube\roms\Baten Kaitos - Eternal Wings and the Lost Ocean (USA) (Disc 2).m3u"
Dolphin.exe  -e "R:\Arcade\Nintendo GameCube\roms\Baten Kaitos - Eternal Wings and the Lost Ocean (USA) (Disc 2).m3u"
Dolphin.exe "R:\Arcade\Nintendo GameCube\roms\Baten Kaitos - Eternal Wings and the Lost Ocean (USA) (Disc 2).m3u"

Nothing seems to work. Manually opening an m3u file works fine, but since I'm using Rocketlauncher, I need to be able to do this via command line. Is there something I'm doing wrong? Thanks so much for any help you can offer.

Ok, I figured out that if I use full paths in the m3u files, it seems to work via command line.
