That would not work at all. It would constantly update users to broken builds. For example, yesterday, I got an LG g2 and tried out the newest build. OpenGL es3 was broken, and I had to download an older build for it to work. He uploads a new build to the store when it is working, stable-ish and improved over the previous version. If you want to test new builds, download them on dolphin's buildbot waterfall. They are ready to install once you delete your previous dolphin apk.
