Is there a way for Sonic to set up auto upload? So that wvery time he pushes a new commit, buildbot auto buolds a new version, and uploads it as an update to google play eith the text from the commit as the update notes?

It'd update way too often, which they probably don't approve of in addition to it being annoying for users, and it may or may not be impossible to automate with how the store's developer registration system is set up.

That would not work at all. It would constantly update users to broken builds. For example, yesterday, I got an LG g2 and tried out the newest build. OpenGL es3 was broken, and I had to download an older build for it to work. He uploads a new build to the store when it is working, stable-ish and improved over the previous version. If you want to test new builds, download them on dolphin's buildbot waterfall. They are ready to install once you delete your previous dolphin apk.
