Audio stuttering issues

Hi,
Since I upgraded my hardware I've noticed weird audio stuttering. I've tried to add some latence to the audio but nothing fixed this issue.

My hardware:
CPU: Ryzen 7 3700x
RAM: 2x8GB 3000Mhz CL16
GPU: RTX 2060 Super
OS: Windows 10 64bit
Dolphin version: 5.0 x64

Do you have any solutions?

What are your audio settings? Have you tried the latest development build?

There isn't a backend selected there, which one are you using?

When it's showing none as selected, it defaults to Cubeb.
