Audio stutter on Resident Evil 3

Is this expected? I really want to play RE3 on Dolphin since RE3 for PSX is really bad.

The most strange thing is that shots, steps and zombies aren't stutter, but the music and dialogs are.

Specs:
Xiaomi Pocophone F1
Snapdragon 845
6GB RAM

Yes, the audio in Resident Evil 2 and 3 is broken in Dolphin right now on all platforms.

That's a know issue..

Not only you need to play on PSX1 Version but is also the best Version..
GameCube, Dreamcast is just a PSX PORT.

It seems Capcom did something strange to Audio Tracks with Console PORT, Probably Split the Audio Tracks but who knows?
Dreamcast Emulators Resident Evil /2/3 Version has the same audio problem, play, stop shuttering change random in areas.

Resident Evil 1 = GameCube / Dolphin
Resident Evil 0 = GameCube / Dolphin

Resident Evil 2/3 = PS1
