Audio slowed/muttered

Hey dolphin users.

So up until today Dolphin was doing fine.

However upon turning on a game (Trauma Center New Blood) I noticed the audio was like, muttered. slowed.
I have not changed any settings but now its acting up.

This affects everything Dolphin. Wii Games, GC games, the wii menu...

I've tried changing some audio settings but no results.
To note, I did notice releasing the speed limit then locking it fixes it for like, a second.

I'm stumped here

Are you running full speed? Switching to LLE can cause a slowdown but fixes some issues.

Yes, the game is running at 100%. VPS 60, FPS 60. Oh, and I've tried all 3 compliers, but to no difference.

No, I use XAudio 2. I tried OpenAL with a few different numbers, but it still wasn't fixed. I'll post a video in a few moments to what it sounds like.

Yeah I don't think it's supposed to do that.
Did you try Dolphin in portable mode to rule out everything else Dolphin related? You put a blank .txt file in the folder where Dolphin.exe runs called: portable.txt
That way we can rule out any weird Dolphin settings. Don't change any options, just load the game.

If that doesn't work, verify that you have a good dump of the game.
