Audio lag in Melee

Bet this one has been asked for a while, eh? Blush Anyways I have only recently upgraded my Dolphin to 4.0, and in doing so, I fixed a shadow error I was having in past editions. However, it also jacked up my audio. Melee's audio will lag whenever i'm in a battle, on the main menu and during Classic and Adventure modes. The only time it will NOT lag is when I am in the Character Select screen. Help would be appreciated. Smile

OpenAL with DSP HLEE usually fixes the problem with me. make sure you also have a stable framerate.
hope this helps you in anyway.

Thanks Liquid, that fixed the problem...
...partially...
Now the audio loads great, no lag whatsoever. However, there are some "crackles" in the sound. Like, the audio just breaks. Alot. And yes, this appears in EVERY. SINGLE. MENU. Help?

If your framerate is running the game at 100%, then try changing the DSP Emulator Engine to the recompiler and/or interpreter.

Why not upgrade to a dev build instead? Pretty sure the audio lag is just how things are in 4.0
